Our highly customized approaches are based on experiential learning
methods that stimulate an active learning process. Both individual
and group programs are designed to accelerate the development of
personal skills that enable rapid processing and integration of
powerful emotions.
This learning process is markedly different from the traditional
classroom-lecture-discussion. Rather it engages participants in
a compelling manner that permits exploring and mastering the new
ways of leadership behavior. Until people can relate to a concept
through personal experience, they are unable to understand itit
remains a non-sensory abstraction that is quickly forgotten. Only
when one can relate through one's own personal experience, does
one begin to "own it." The concept becomes internalized
and generalizes to other life context.
Our learning processes involve inner reflection brought about through
the sharing of experiences, especially those involving emerging
and unfolding team issues. This approach is known to lead to sustainable
changes in behavior.
